Vineyard & Winery
Justin Vineyard & Winery, located on the California Central Coast in
San Luis Obispo County, is home to the delicious red wines of the Paso Robles appellation: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Sangiovese, Syrah, Nebbiolo, and the not to be neglected white wines such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
The property incorporates a total of 160 acres of which 72 are planted in rich Burgundian style Chardonnay and full-bodied Bordeaux grape varietals, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot.
Top soils range from red clay/volcanic pumice to sandy loam and rocky limestone.
Justin Cabernet Sauvignon 2015
Beautifully balanced, with attractive aromas of black fruit and spice, this smooth, ready to drink Cabernet is made with the same care afforded the highest quality, traditionally made Bordeaux wines. Their grapes are hand-picked and then sorted by the berry for consistent quality and flavor. JUSTIN Cabernet Sauvignon spends more than a year in traditional small oak barrels to impart a depth and complexity to the wine that expresses the influence of the ancient limestone soils and unique climate of Paso Robles. Bright with a deep ruby core and violet rim. Attractive mix of red and black fruit of currants, cherry and blackberry layered with spicy notes of anise, vanilla and with a subtle cedar character from an American oak influence.

Justin Sauvignon Blanc 2013
This Justin Sauvignon Blanc has a light, pale green color with a hint of straw. The aroma combines multiple tropical characters including grapefruit, fresh peeled tangerine, pineapple and orange zest. The entry is soft and layered, with tropical and herbal characters that lead into a mid-palate combining bright, fresh acidity with a slightly creamy, balanced mouth feel. The finish is crisp, clean and perfect for warm days, summer nights, or side by side with fresh fish or fruit.

Justin Justification 2014
Bright with a deep ruby core and violet rim
Aroma: Attractive mix of red and black fruit of currants, cherry and blackberry layered with spicy notes of anise, vanilla and with a subtle cedar character from an American oak influence.
Complex with bright fruit of blackcurrant, cherry and boysenberry mixed with licorice and subtle cedar notes on a long finish along with some mineral and cherry candy notes supported by smooth round tannins. The growing season began with an early bud break (early March) due to the extremely warm spring temperatures. An early April frost rolled into the Paso Robles area but our vineyards were unaffected due to their hillside stature.
The 2014 JUSTIFICATION is an elegant, beautifully balanced and complex wine that
respects dishes that might be overpowered by a deeper, richer wines like veal
with a morel cream sauce, or pork tenderloin with an herbed berry reduction.
