Castelmagno has a hard, brown rind cloaking a medium-hard interior of
pearly white color. Edible blue-green veins can be found in
the cheese.

A creamy blue cheese. "Fourme" is the old French word for cheese from the
Latin noun forma, describing its cylindrical shape.

This handmade, unpasteurized sheep's milk cheese comes from the Spanish
Pyrenees. Idiazabal is naturally smoked.
