The grapes for our Reserve Sangiovese are selected from two hillside vineyard
blocks planted with warm Southwesterly exposures with elevations above 1,600
feet. This limited production wine is concentrated with ripe plum, black cherry
and blackberry flavors accentuated by a complex layering of oak and smoke spice
character.
T'Gallant, Australia, 2000 Pinot Noir
T'Gallant is the sailors abbreviation of topgallant, the top sail of
square-rigger sailing ships. It connotes the peak, the best, the epitome, which
is how Shakespeare used the word. On every T'Gallant cork you will find this
phrase from Romeo and Juliet. Dense, brooding Pinot perfume on the nose. Truly
ripe black and red berry fruit. Fine, delicate yet powerful. Wonderful length
