The Southern California
Coast is famous for its beaches and surfing but also for some
Justin Sauvignon Blanc, South Coast, California
was founded in 1981 by Justin Baldwin when he planted the 160 acre property to the major Bordeaux varietals and created their Estate vineyard. This Sauvignon Blanc has a light, pale green color with a hint of straw. The aroma combines multiple tropical characters including grapefruit, fresh peeled tangerine, pineapple and orange zest. The entry is soft and layered, leading
to a mid-palate combining bright, fresh acidity with a slightly creamy, balanced mouth feel.
Wild Horse Chardonnay Unbridled, California
Wild Horse Winery and Vineyards has been exploring California’s Central Coast, experimenting with new growing and winemaking methods since its inception in 1981. This exquisite Chardonnay demonstrates extremely bright citrus and apple aromas mixed with subtle nutty caramel from the French Oak followed by a graceful, well balanced finish.
Big House Red Central Coast, California
Big House Red is all about fragrance, spice and soft tannins. It has a fragrance of mint and garrigue, with insinuations of blackberry and the ubiquitous framboise. Not a wine that you would want to serve to the Queen, it is nevertheless a wine that is the perfect complement to barbecue, pasta, pizza and all of the major non-vegan groups.
Kenwood Chardonnay Sonoma, California
Combing grapes from the cool climate regions of southern Sonoma Valley and the Russian River Valley, Kenwood’s 2007 Sonoma County Chardonnay nicely balances the classic fruit flavors of this varietal with subtle notes of French oak aging.
Lush and viscous mouth feel with a lingering, slightly crisp finish.
Cliff Lede Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley, California
This Cliff Lede Cabernet Sauvignon Stags Leap District shows off considerable focus and depth, not to mention terrific overall balance. Dark plums, cherries, spices, licorice and cassis are some of the notes that flow from this long, pure wine.
Gorgeous and totally inviting from start to finish.

Estancia Pinot Noir Central Coast, California
At Estancia, they rely on the benefits of boutique style winemaking techniques. A classically styled Pinot Noir, adopting the Burgundian philosophy of handling the fruit as delicately as possible. The result is a wine which is lusciously fruity with ripe cherries layered with sweet oak, dried flowers, leather, and spice. Soft and silky with a persistent finish.
Each California winegrowing region imparts subtle nuances to the wines and grapes grown within its borders. Each region has a diverse and distinctive mix of wine styles.
