Big Bottles |

Champagne vinifies better, lasts longer and tastes consistently better in big bottles than when matured in normal size bottle. So bigger bottles give better champagne! With the biggest sizes, a large proportion of the price is the cost of the bottle and labor. They are too big for conventional bottling lines and machinery and are made in a time
honored traditional way. Most champagne Houses only hold small stocks of large bottles and I have never known so much interest in big bottle sizes.

There is a good reason to buy large format bottles... They look really cool. Nothing is quite so impressive as the
opening of a Double Magnum or an Imperiale of Bordeaux or California wine.
