SERVING SUGGESTION Deep, complex and powerful, The
Grande Cuvée Nominée Vintage 1990 is at its best with white meats in creamy
sauce or roasted fishes served with wild mushrooms. Serve at 7 - 9°C. A real
class act. A sophisticated bubbly that combines nicely mature flavors with a
dry, restrained character. Intriguing aromas and flavors of toasted walnut,
buttered toast and ripe pear mingle and linger through the long finish.

Cuvée Nominee 1988
60% Chardonnay 40% Pinot Noir
This fine golden yellow champagne has a delicate effervescent quality with hints
of warm brioche and bread crust on the nose. The first impression is dominated
by toasty notes of mocha, hazelnuts and fresh almonds, followed by a middle
palate full of the power of subtly oaky, creamy, smoky Pinot Noir, going on in a
long, lingering finish.Drink

Jacquart Champagne, Blanc de Blanc 1992
100% Chardonnay
A golden yellow color, with hints of green reflected in the mousse. The nose is
just beginning to open to reveal aromas of fresh apricots, followed by candied
lemon and grapefruit, leafy hints of fern and notes of warm, buttery pastries.
In the mouth, this adolescent wine is vigorous and brilliantly fresh, with a
dominant citrussy character. Underlying these lifted, youthful flavors it is
possible to detect an exceptional potential for development and a complexity
which will reveal all the qualities of the 1996 vintage. This wine will only get
better with time. SERVING SUGGESTION Though normally served as an aperitif, the
depth of character of this wine means it will contrast beautifully with sweet
and sour dishes such as sautéed prawns with pineapple or lamb with orange
chutney Serve at 7 - 9°C
